Wonderful way to get notices quickly; two update requests

I really appreciate this app and find it a wonderfully concise way to receive notices on traffic and area concerns in a very timely way. Two changes would increase the usability of this app for me, perhaps others. The first request is to be able to mark all remaining unread messages as being read. I envision this being a option on the unread panel which I could evoke once I hit messages that are older than I find useful. The second request is to auto expire messages in the read queue so that the app doesnt eat up storage needlessly. Good job on the app and I look forward to its continued use!

CIO

The app was a key selling point when we purchased. Its a joke. The core offering also came with a 250 manual. If an emergency notification solution needs a 250 page manual, its not a good solution for an emergency. Counting the days until our contract expires.

Do not buy !!!

Santa Barbara do not use that service And any city in California. Please refund me

Useful app

Very accessible and great app to receive useful alerts and notifications in an emergency.

What a fantastic way to keep notified!!

This is an exciting and terrific app that allows for push notifications, real time response and information sharing and is especially timely RIGHT NOW!!

Please, PLEASE allow multiple deletes!

Its a real PAIN to have to delete EACH message ONE at a TIME. We poor users who get scores of alerts per week have to delete....each...one. Please fix!

Poor

This app requires messages to be loaded manually even though the badge notification says messages are pending. Launching the app shows "No Messages" even though there can be dozens because they will not load automatically. Lobbying our county to drop this amateur app and service.

basic functionality OK, but not ready for prime time

After some setup finagling, the app can be configured to display alert notices. On the other hand, there are some features that Just Dont Work: 1) The Calendar function simply goes into a time-out, locking the app. The only way to escape is to close the app. I dont know whether this is specific to my local alert system or a generic problem with the app. 2) What the heck is "passcode" mode? Im already logged in with a passWORD, established during the initial setup; there was no mention of a passCODE in addition to the passWORD. What does this mode do, and why should I care? Again, I cant say whether this may work for some alert systems but not others.

Mark all read!!!

Come on developer... its nearly 2017 and your app does not have an option to mark all messages read!?! I live in a very active area and this would be a fantastic addition to the app! I current have to go one by one marking 200+ messages read or live with the notification icon. Smh

No way to even gain access

I have tried numerous UserID / password combinations. App wont accept any of them but provides no clues as to parameters its looking for. Primitive and useless. If youre trying to help people find out about impending storms or disasters, make your app EASY to access!

???

It wont let me set up to use this app. This has saved lives by neighborhoods working together to find Alzheimers patients that have been lost. I hoped to be a part of that process.

Needs "delete all"

I like getting alerts but like the user who wants to mark all read, the app also badly needs a "delete all" button. Also, if there are a lot of alerts and I delete everything I see, "More" doesnt always load additional old messages. I have to close and reopen the app.

Constant Crash

I tried numerous times to sign in and each time the app looked like it was logging me in but then crashed. At this point its unusable app.

Crashing on log in

Ive been unable to use the app. Crashes on log in consistently.

Crash

Crashes before I can even log in

Terrible!!!

Crashes before you can even get into it!

Awesome App, Visually and Usability!

This is a great upgrade! Love it!

Created an account on the web but the app doesnt recognize the password. Oh well. Deleted.
